BIO:
During his final years of high school (around 94/95), 2Styliztik stumbled across the weird and wonderful sounds of rave techno. He mainly enjoyed the German trance and hardcore rave music which was popular at the time. But it wasn't until early 1995 when he heard DJ Thief and DJ Jen-e playing on JJJ's Mix Up that his aspirations to become a DJ evolved. He was blown away by the Hardcore tunes and the idea of mixing them together and from then on he was hooked.
2Styliztik started buying hardcore CDs and started to "mix". Six months later Styliztik realized that if he was to become a DJ, he would have to be playing vinyl, so he made weekly, and rather expensive trips to Central Station, and his vinyl addiction began. By now he was going out to clubs and rave parties, so everyday he would slave away on the wheels of steel. In 1998 he finally hooked up with other bedroom DJ’s of all styles of Electronica, one of whom was at the time unknown DJ Whiplash. Both shared a passion for hardcore and became firm friends.
By now the only hardcore DJ playing out besides Thief was DJ Erazor who had started to become quite popular due to his residency at the well known System 6 club. 2Styliztik first met Erazor at the 1998 Creation party, and gave Erazor a mixtape. A few days later he replied and was impressed with his tape. After a few Friday night mix up sessions, the two became good friends. Eventually 2Styliztik, Whiplash and Erazor came together and realized that they could push Hardcore in Brisbane and make it a credable force in the rave scene. It was here The Pressure Squad was formed.
Finally his dream came true and made his first appearance DJ’ing back to back with Erazor at the 1999 System 6 Halloween party in the Jungle Gabber Hardcore Dungeon, from that point on 2Styliztik played in all the Hyperspeed rooms at System 6.
2Styliztik has now been dj-ing at clubs/parties/raves for 10 years playing at all the big events like Advent'jah, System 6, Mayhem and all 8 editions of Thrillseeka. Playing a unique blend of new school hardcore and old school hardcore and incorporating special tricks in each set, you can catch him at any hardcore party in Brisbane!

WHAT DOES 2STYLIZTIK HAVE PLANNED FOR US IN THE FUTURE:
Putting together several mix CDs that I'm happy with. Hopefully play at hardcore parties for a few more years. I'd also like to put on my own little hardcore party and give something back to the punters. Listen to a large amount of hip hop. Drink a lot of beer.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
All things change in a dynamic environment.
24 hours in a day, 24 cans in a carton. Coincidence?
